I had a great experience overall, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. However, I did encounter some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen, which was a letdown. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and facilities available. Prices were reasonable for what I received, making it good value for money.

I had a wonderful experience at this hostel, with very comfortable accommodations and approachable staff who truly made my stay enjoyable. The location in West End is fantastic, with plenty of nearby amenities. However, I did find the kitchen area quite dirty during my visits, and having to swap my key every time I wanted to use it was a bit of an inconvenience.
